Consultation - Code of Conduct for self-insured employers

Self-insurance is a key element of the South Australian Return to Work scheme, granted to employers who meet legislative and regulatory requirements, including the Code of Conduct.

We are reviewing the Code of Conduct for self-insured employers and are interested in stakeholder views regarding possible changes to consider.

The planned consultation process is outlined below:

Note: You may be aware that the Government has committed to a review of the Return to Work scheme. This consultation is not part of that independent Review. The Code of Conduct consultation is focused on the content of the Code and is part of usual business operations.

Information session

An online information session will be held to provide an overview of the Code and the consultation process, with an opportunity to ask questions.
