How much premium will I have to pay upon registration?
Our premium system features a simple calculation formula. How much you pay upon registration depends on the total remuneration you pay to your workers and your industry risk rating. Who is my claims agent?

How do I make a claim?
The quickest way is to complete the online claim form by logging into the online services portal. You can also call your claims agent to start the process. You should make a claim as soon as possible after your worker has sustained an injury to ensure they get the support they need to recover and return to work as early as possible. Do I need a Return To Work Coordinator?
If you employ 30 or more staff (in South Australia) for a continuous period of three months, you are legally required to appoint a Return to Work Coordinator. To find out more click here.
What are my obligations to support recovery and return to work?
In the event of a work injury, employers are required to support workers in their recovery and return to work, this includes providing suitable work that they are fit to perform whist they recover and cooperating with your claims agent. To find our more click here.
