Service standard six: Be clear about how we can assist a worker and an employer to resolve any issues by providing accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities).

We are committed to providing accurate and complete information.

  • We will listen to and seek to understand any issues you may have and provide clear information on how we will help you to resolve them.
  • You will receive accurate, consistent and easy to understand information that explains what you need to know and do, and what we will do so that you can make informed decisions.
  • We will make fair decisions when determining the compensability of an injury.
  • We will explain our decisions and advise of your right to seek a review of our decisions.

If you do not believe our service standards have been met you can raise the issue directly with the person or agency.
