Approved return to work services providers

Please note, this section is for return to work service providers. For treatment providers refer to our Allied Health or Medical page.

Applying for approval

Applications are currently open for providers who meet the conditions of approval, experience and qualification requirements for the following return to work services:

  • pre-injury employer services
  • fit for work services
  • restoration to the community services
  • return to work assessment services.

Please complete the application package (DOCX, 485 KB), ensuring you review the guiding material including the current Return to work services fee schedule (DOCX, 837 KB) prior to submitting the application.

Completed applications and all supporting documentation should be submitted to the Provider Support team at providers@rtwsa.com.

Conditions of Approval

Approved return to work service providers must meet and continue to conform to the Conditions of Approval as set out by ReturnToWorkSA, which may be amended from time to time.

The current Conditions of Approval are applicable to the following return to work services:

  • pre-injury employer services
  • fit for work services
  • restoration to the community services
  • return to work assessment services.
