ReturnToWorkSA procurement of claims management services

ReturnToWorkSA is currently undertaking a procurement process for claims management services to begin from 1 July 2027, following the expiry of the current contract.
In accordance with our procurement obligations, a formal procurement process is being undertaken for the next contract period. ReturnToWorkSA published an Invitation to Supply on the SA Tenders and Contracts website on Thursday 9 July 2026.
During this procurement process, claims management services will continue as normal. Our claims agents, GB and EML, remain as the primary contacts for any claim related queries.
This is a confidential process and ReturnToWorkSA and claims agent staff cannot comment on the process.
