Lodging a claim is now easier than ever
To make it easier to lodge a claim, we recently introduced online claim lodgement for South Australian workers.
This is part of our commitment to improve digital services for workers and employers and follows the online claim lodgement option which was launched for employers in April 2024.
Since introducing this option for injured workers in July 2025, 86.5% of workers and 86% of employers have rated the process as ‘easy’ or ‘very easy’.

This new option gives workers more choice, with traditional claim lodgement methods such as telephone and hard copy forms still available. It also provides additional ways to submit information, helping achieve faster outcomes so workers can recover and return to work and to life as soon as possible.
