When will I receive my premium refund?

The fastest way to receive your premium refund is to provide EFT banking details.

If you haven’t already provided EFT banking details, go to the home screen, click ‘Premium refund bank account’ and follow the prompts.

If you have not provided EFT banking details your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks and a cheque will be sent in the mail.
