Update your online account details

We've updated our online services, improving security and making it even easier to use.

Employer online account detail updates are mandatory. Update online now or call our dedicated help hotline today on 1300 273 447.* Support is available until May 31.

For out of hours support, please email premium@rtwsa.com and we will contact you at a time that suits you.

Steps to update online

1. Head to online services and login with your temporary username and password that was emailed or mailed to you

2. Complete the fields including your name, contact information and security details, including your mobile number

3. Link organisation(s) to your account
