ReturnToWorkSA's next CEO announced
The Board of ReturnToWorkSA has appointed Rob Cordiner as the next CEO when Greg McCarthy retires at the end of this year.
In his role as General Manager, Insurance and more recently as the Deputy CEO, Rob has worked side by side with Greg McCarthy. Rob has been instrumental in developing and implementing the new Return to Work scheme, moving the culture of the organisation from administering a medical-legal scheme to one that embraces the health benefits of work with a strong service ethic.
As the organisation continues to evolve and refine the service they deliver to employers and workers who are injured at work, Rob’s experience and leadership will be key to the ongoing success of the Scheme.
At this time I would like to recognise the outstanding impact Greg McCarthy has made during his time as CEO. His strong leadership and deep knowledge of the industry allowed the organisation to make unprecedented financial and cultural improvement during his tenure. Greg leaves a great legacy and one that I am confident Rob will maintain when he takes over as CEO.
