Our new online services for medical, allied health and return to work service providers are a fast, secure and easy way for you to do business with us.
What are the benefits?
Submit invoices online and get paid faster
Bulk upload invoices in CSV format and get paid within 3 days (business days), provided the claim has been accepted and the data items required have been provided.
Submit documents online and save time
Upload documents such as medical reports, return to work plans and health management plans straight into the claims agents’ case management file.
Reconcile payments in real-time
Reconcile payments online and export them as a CSV file to easily upload to your accounting software.
Receive real-time notifications
Set your own notifications for key events, eg invoices not paid.
Check if your patient has a current claim
Search by claim number or patient details to find out if your patient has a current claim.
Receive referrals (from March 2018 for return to work service providers)
Receive and accept or reject referrals quickly and easily online.

Note: If you are a new user please check that your provider number is registered with us by contacting us on 13 18 55 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
