Online access to submit remuneration now available
At the start of each financial year, employers are required to provide information to help calculate their premium for the financial year ahead, and reconcile the actual premium payable for the previous financial year.
From 3 July, you can submit your 2017-18 remuneration return and 2016-17 reconciliation statement quickly and easily using our secure online services.
To help you submit your remuneration return and reconciliation statement online, we recently mailed you information including:
- your new username and password
- information about our insurance premium system.
If you no longer have this information, please contact us immediately on 13 18 55 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your ReturnToWorkSA employer number.
Your annual premium payments or the first instalment payment will be due and payable by 7 September.

A more streamlined process for submitting your remuneration return and reconciliation statement
Simply go to our secure online services to complete your return and statement.
You can choose to receive premium refunds via EFT and update your EFT details.
Improved process for paying by credit card online
Make sure you submit accurate statements on time
It is important that you provide an accurate estimate of your remuneration otherwise you may find yourself paying too much or not enough insurance premium.
By submitting your statements on time, you will avoid a 20 per cent loading being applied to our estimate of your remuneration return and/or reconciliation statement.
